The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ball Corporation (NYSE: BLL), with primary offices in Boulder and facilities in Broomfield and Westminster in Colorado, with smaller offices in New Mexico, Ohio, Northern Virginia, Missouri, and Maryland.
