Tianjin University of Science and Technology

Tianjin University of Science & Technology (p=Tiānjīn Kējì Dàxué) is a university in Tianjin, China under the municipal government. The original campus is in Hexi district; previously it was well known with the name Tianjin Institute of Light Industry (p=Tiānjīn Qīnggōngyè Xuéyuàn). It is the first university to open a full-time campus in the Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area (TEDA) and has the intention of moving the whole university to that campus. The university was formerly known as Tianjin Institute of Light Industry.
